I can’t praise Arthur enough, he’s great instructor. Very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He can explain everything in detail using plain and clear language. He also really cares about your progress and provides constant feedback helping you focus on things you need to improve. I really appreciate individual approach and couldn’t imagine better instructor. I passed my test first time with only two minor faults, so I’m more than happy. Highly recommend!
Tahir provides one of the best training one can ask for. Given that I cleared my driving test in almost a month of my training without even a minor mistake in test speaks volumes about his approach. Tahir is extremely punctual and has great experience in terms of understand his students. Cannot recommend him enough.

I would highly recommend Artur as your driving instructor if you are looking for one. He is professional and also a fun guy to talk to. I am not familiar with the road in Manchester area, not to mention I have zero knowledge on driving. He guided me through the lessons with clear instructions. When I made mistakes on the road, he would calmly explain the situation to me and offer some advice. I can make real progress on every lesson! I could barely move my car from the beginning due to driving anxiety. Artur is patient with me and tried not to push me too hard. How he dealt with the situation made me feel comfortable. If you fancy world class training, he is the right guy for you.
Just passed my driving test thanks to Arthur !!Really impressed with the Arthur’s systems and lesson plans. Arthur was so pleasant and patient from when I started lessons to the day I did my test ;and knowledgeable about all things driving/cars/tips & tricks to park, etc. Loved our chats on our drives and feel much more confident and competent as a driver thanks to his guidance. I’ve gained a lot of confidence while driving with Artur, he came in clutch at such a short notice help me with booking the exam as well as got me road ready in a short period of time. When you make mistakes he will stop and explain the mistake you did and how to avoid it in the future. Overall a great experience. 💪
Highly recommend Tahir for his knowledge and guidance. As I have fair experience in driving abroad, he did a trail first day and said a 10 hour package should be good and I felt he was genuine and dint look to exploit for a higher hours package. He was very thorough and kept to time and ensured I understood the mistakes and kept giving feedback regularly to help me improve and I was able to take the test within couple of months and passed first time.
Arthur was a really good instructor, really helpful, really attentive, apart from that he is a really good person and funny who wouldn’t make you panic about driving. He is the reason for me to pass my driving test on my first attempt, so i would definitely recommend him if you want to pass 1st time.
I got along with Artur really well which made the experience of learning to drive much more enjoyable. He was friendly, knew his stuff and was ultimately great at his job. I had about 25 hours and got a pass first time with 3 minors. He is a great man and would thouroughly recommend him to anyone starting their driving jouney.
Totally loved my experience with Tahir. He is by far the best instructor that anyone can ask for. His lessons were very informative and well structured. The best thing about him is that he is very punctual and honest in his job. I was a beginner driver who hadn't driven any car before taking lessons with Tahir. He worked incredibly well to help me conquer my fears about driving and transformed me into a confident driver. He was patient when i made mistakes and guided me to drive properly not just for the test but beyond that. I am very grateful to Tahir for passing my driving test.
Coming from a country where its very easy to get license and driving is chaotically but somehow in order I thought it will be cake walk to get a driving license in UK. But little did I know that it would turn out to be a Herculean task. It was really easy to find an instructor, but very difficult get their dates for lessons. Somehow I got dates for couple for instructor, I thought of trying a few before finalising one. But the experiences with them were horrible, most of the things I could not understand and instructors we not helping either, none of those instructors worked for me. Then one of my friend suggested TAHIR, obviously with past experiences I didnt had much hope with him either. But on day 1, he asked me to drive for a while and didnt say a word... after I finished my driving he pin pointed all my shortcoming which were to the point and in first ride itself he knew what exactly he wants me to work on to clear my driving test. He did make an impression in first lesson itself. Here is my review for TAHIR, 1) Very humble and friendly in nature, makes you comfortable so you dont have that constant pressure while driving. 2) Very sharp, remembers all the mistakes which his student does and at the end of the class explains in details what went wrong and what needs improvement. 3) Makes you drive freely so you can make mistakes, the more mistakes you make at early stages the better understanding you get about rules and your driving. 4) Knows test routes very well and makes sure to cover as many test routes as possible. He will take you to the most difficult test routes and will make you practice so much that it will be cake walk in some time. 5) Keeps you motivated throughout the lessons, has tips and tricks for difficult Manoeuvres like parallel parkings, reverse bay parking. I have seen other instructors who make already complex manoeuvres more complex by giving tips which are in itself very hard to understand. But with TAHIR, he make sure to keep things simple and develop tips based on your convenience and understanding. 6) He improvises techniques considering your driving habits and whats easy for you understand. He is a thorough professional who knows what he is doing and in my honest view probably the best in what he does. I would strongly recommend him, trust me he is a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 instructor.
Tahir was a brilliant teacher to our son. He was engaging, patient and also very helpful with us as his parents! He was realistic with what our son could achieve and when. We couldn't have asked for more. Timperley Driving school instructor Tahir, in my view is an excellent driving instructor. Right from the first lesson, I noticed that he was punctual, friendly and highly professional. I had driven for 5+ years in India but understanding UK driving rules was tricky as I had to unlearn a lot of my habits like applying hard brakes, honking and driving with one hand. Tahir was extremely helpful in discussing my needs from the outset. He conducted an initial assessment on my driving and I had many major faults. It was important for me to get this feedback early on and then work on all my bad driving habits. I have had a bad experience in Altrincham with a different Driving instructor who was very rude. In comparison, I found Tahir really helpful, friendly yet professional in how he dealt with my faults. One great factor about recommending Tahir is that he is genuinely concerned with your driving test and tries his level best for you to pass on the first attempt. I passed my driving test with just 1 minor on my first attempt. My wife also had lessons with Tahir which took longer as she was a beginner, but she too passed with guidance from Tahir. Can't fault the services from TDS. All the best Tahir.
I and my wife passed our driving test on the first attempt, the training approach of our instructor Mr. Tahir is quite methodical, he has a great judgment of the learner's capability and molds the lessons accordingly. He makes sure the lessons are learned well for a successful test. The standards of the mock tests are quite high. I highly recommend TDS(Timperley Driving School) for driving lessons in trafford/ altrincham area.
Tahir is an amazing instructor! He's very friendly, punctual and professional. I had been driving for over 10 years in a different country and as a result picked up a lot of habits that were not ideal for driving in UK (to say the least). Tahir was quickly able to pinpoint those problems and helped me correct them. His patience and support during the lessons helped me clear my driving test and I would highly recommend learner drivers to join Timperley Driving School and hopefully ace their tests!
Due to Covid lockdown the test centers were closed and when they resumed, there was lot of backlog and no slots were available for 4-5 months. In such situation I was lucky to get an early test book, after one month at that time. Once I got my test booked, I contact Tahir from TDS hoping to book driving lessons, having a month to prepare. After knowing my situation, Tahir readily agreed to give lessons. After being driven in India for long time, I had to unlearn lot of driving etiquettes picked from India and learn everything about driving in UK. Tahir patiently walked me through all that i need to know and corrected my mistakes every time I made them, even the repeatable ones. I was able to pass the practical driving test in the first, after taking few lessons and driving in UK only for a month. Big credit goes to Tahir and his unique approach towards preparing me for driving in UK. Thanks to Tahir and TDS.
100% would recommend!! Tahir is a top instructor, he picks up on all your faults and shows you how to correct them ! Being an experienced driver the biggest challenge is to unlearn existing habits and ettiquates and for that Tahir helped a lot. After a long year of covid and lockdowns Tahir came straight back and gave me the correct tuition to lead me to cross the line in the first attempt. Initially i booked my lesson with a Different Driving school during October 2020 but due to Covid lock down my Test date postponed to 2nd July 2021 and i didn't start my lesson . A month to Test i called up the Driving school and they said they are overbooked and can't help me . Then I called Tahir , TDS and knowing that my Test Date was near he was ready to start my Lesson .With the very first conversation i felt confident and assured that Tahir can help me cross the line . After driving in India for so many year i had pickedup all the wrong habits to make my passing chance very difficult but Tahir was constantly pushing me and made me believe that Test can be achieved , along with constructive criticism and was very honest to me . With Tahir , i didn't had to wait till end of the lesson to clear my doubt or to point my mistake as from the engine start it was an interactive lesson and Tahir would always give me 2-3 solutions to a mistake/problem and we can implement the best that suits our driving . Also with Tahir the atmosphere is so friendly that one starts learning new stuff easily . Tahir's lesson are Live long preparation for one to drive in UK . Mr. Tahir is a very eager and a very professional driving instructor. He always shows up fully prepared and on time for the lesson. He constantly gives constructive criticism and was 100% honest with me. And finally, he helped me ace my driving test from the 1st try after taking a couple of lessons with him. All I can say is that he's a very good driving instructor.

I have known Tahir around 1 week before my test. I Passed 1st time thanks to him. Very professional. Very time efficient . Spots your weaknesses and work on it from 1st session. Very punctual in his appointments. Tahir Has helped me greatly pass this test, he is a decent tutor that I strongly recommend.
I passed my theory and driving test frist time thanks to the amazing lessons i received. Tahir was patient with me on every lesson and took the time to explain what was needed on the practical theory test as i was using the apps all wrong. I am a much safer driver thanks to tahir, he doesn't teach you to pass but to be a safe driver. I passed my driving test with few monior faults. And it must have taken me about 10 lessons to do parallel parking because i just couldn't understand how to do and not once did tahir loses patience with me. He just talked me through it step by step and finally i got it. I would recommend this school to anyone and tahir is going to teach my sons to drive once i have sorted out their provisional licences, thats how highly i would recommend timperley driving school
Tahir is an excellent instructor. I have called him 1 week before my test and he was of great help. helped me pass first attempt. fund of knowledge and awareness of road as well as test practice. Tahir has been a fastastic instructor. His patience is one of the positive factors which is the greatest virtue of a driving instructor. He can figure out the driving faults easily.
